Mr Tan Kian Hoon
Managing Director
Kian Hoon is the Managing Director of SRE Global, with more than four decades of experience in the real estate industry. He serves at the highest levels of Singapore’s Building and Construction Associations - including Past President of Singapore Contractors Association, and Deputy Chairman of the Building & Construction Authority (BCA).
His holistic advice for clients comes from experience working across the real estate supply chain: quantity surveyor, project manager, turn-key contractor, developer and real estate consultant in large-scale local and international projects. He has also served as Chairman of the ASEAN Constructors' Federation, and President of the International Federation of Asian & Western Pacific Contractors Association (IFAWPCA).
Kian Hoon is currently the Honorary Secretary and Fellow of the Association of Property & Facility Managers (APFM), a Member of the Strata Titles Board, and the Chairman of the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) in Singapore. He is also an active grassroots leader with the Punggol North Citizen's Consultative Committee.
Under his leadership, the SRE Global team is cohesive and dedicated to providing customers a holistic solution for their real estate matters.
Mr Chng Shih Hian
Senior Executive Director
Shih Hian is a licensed appraiser in charge of the property valuation, consultancy and asset management department. He oversees the firm's research and is responsible for development consultancy.
His team carries out appraisals of all types of properties, commercial, residential, industrial and hotels for banks, owners, developers and corporate clients. They also advise on IPO's, share transfers and tax matters.
Shih Hian is a dynamic leader who spurs his team towards excellence in all their deliveries to clients.
Mr Eugene Tham
Executive Director, Valuation
Eugene has been in the real estate sector for 18 years. He specialises in real estate valuation, appraisal, project development and investment feasibility consultancy.
His investment appraisal projects and clients span across the globe - South East Asia, China, Cambodia and Africa. Eugene’s extensive experience allows him to provide holistic advise to clients in areas regarding government land acquisition, property taxation, sale and purchase of properties. His direct and reliable approach makes him the go-to person for clients.
